Technical Director - Andrew Nicholson is a Computer Engineer with over fourteen years of experience in commercial software consulting. He has a M.Eng [with Merit] from Sydney University (2010) and B.Eng (Computer) [ Hons 1 ]  (1997) from Newcastle University, Australia. He is passionate about free and open source software (FOSS) and has actively participated since 1999 contributing code, ideas and passion in the open source community. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of New South Wales, in the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications.

During 2005 to 2010 Nicholson has been invited to give workshops and speak on panels at international conferences on topics regarding “open source and open culture”, or the implications of collaborative practices from FOSS into all areas of cultural computing. He has given talks within Australia in Newcastle, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, and internationally in New York, Amsterdam, Belgium, Italy, India and Indonesia.

Artistic Director – Zanny Begg is an internationally renowned practising artist. Her work revolves around an investigation of the politics of space, both in the broader globalised context and a more specific local one: she is interested in both the architecture of space and the social relationships which construct it.

Spring in Alaska is a Sydney based boutique design studio. Formed in (the spring of) 2002 it is the creative union of Keren Moran and Noa Peer. Together they form a team dedicated to the formulation of innovative, visually stimulating creations combined with a keen sense and understanding of ‘real world’ applications.
